It’s the rise of the industrial revolution in the form of interestingly styled spaces and venues comprising of warehouses and factories that have been decorated into absolute finesse. Let’s not forget raw and edgy detailing in the form of concrete cracks and brick walls, sure to serve as an innovative twist to everyday décor.

A different take on metallic bliss

Gone are the days when silver and gold accents were introduced as meaningful themes. Today, bronze, copper and rose gold tones are being used as themes left and right with no one complaining. This includes luscious velvet fabrics for table runners, seat covers and stage drapery too.

Hello retro glam

From neon signs that say welcome to food and drinks that are oh so savvy, retro glam is being added to wedding themes like they’re second to none. Pass out favors and invites in loud colors and patterns while allowing guests to feel their absolute best at your 70’s era fairytale event.

Embrace vibrancy in all its glory

Embracing vibrant hues in the form of striking tones of greens, blues, reds and deep purples to say the least. Think along the lines of bright and bold aesthetics sure to light up any wedding this season.

The Royal wedding effect

We believe the royal wedding influence will last well into 2019. The most dramatic change we can expect is the shift from large, cascading bouquets to smaller, more simple ones with a few of their favorite flowers, greenery, or grasses.

From the wedding cake to the catering, music, invitations, décor and more, it’s time to let the world know who you are as a couple. Yes, the most happening wedding theme of 2019 is ‘Be You’ and let those around you in on your love story. Eat, drink and be merry is the motto to work towards and we’re sure guests are going to love this simplistic move immensely.

This talented Israeli designer makes me want to get married again, just so I can wear one of her amazing designs. Her gowns are to die for. For 2015, this bridal designer brings glamorous and sexy-chic styling on dramatic silhouettes and I love it. It’s a stunning parade of statement backs, dramatic silhouettes, extravagant embroidery work and lace, with dress after dress of pure bridal fashion perfection.

Stylish Wedding Shoes: Yes Please!

Choosing your wedding shoes can seem like such a difficult decision to make. They are a part of your day and should make you feel amazing!

Some brides like to go for white, beige or sparkly shoes to match their dress. If you are a funky bride, you might choose bright colored shoes that maybe match the bridesmaids’ dresses or the wedding color theme.

My Tips:

One very important thing you have to remember is that you will be wearing your shoes from early in the morning until the last thing at night. You may find the most fabulous pair of shoes, but they may not be the most comfortable. So, a spare pair of comfy shoes might be a good idea for late night dancing.

It is important that you have your shoes for your dress fittings, so that your tailor can adapt the hem of your wedding dress to the perfect length. Also make sure you wear your shoes before the actual wedding day to get them worn in a bit.

I welcome summer with a yellow inspiration board. For me yellow is sunshine. It reflects summer perfectly as it is uplifting and illuminating, offering hope, happiness, cheerfulness and fun. Yellow shines with optimism, enlightenment, and happiness.
